Wildstep India Return & Exchange Policy
At Wildstep India, we strive to deliver high-quality products that meet your expectations. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer free returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- Incorrect Product Received: If you ordered product A but received product B, or ordered a specific size and received the wrong one.
- Damaged Product Received: If the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
To initiate a return or exchange, please notify us via email at wildstepindia@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the order. Please follow the steps below:
Steps for Return/Exchange:
- Send photographs of the incorrect or damaged product to our WhatsApp or email, along with your order details.
- Our team will verify the issue with our records. Once accepted, we will arrange a free pick-up from the original delivery address. Our team will contact you to schedule a convenient time for the pick-up.
- After the pick-up is arranged, you will receive a return label via email. Please securely pack the incorrect or damaged product in its original packaging, print the return label, and attach it to the parcel.
- Once we receive the returned product in the condition shown in your photographs, we will ship the correct or undamaged product to you within 3 business days. Please note that returns will not be accepted if the product is found to be used or damaged beyond the shared photographs.
- If the replacement product is out of stock, you will be eligible for a same product as soon add in store.
